From Manzanillo hike to Punta Mona, a 400 hectare wetland, which is a haven for waterfowl, snorkel if the sea is calm.This area of Costa Rica is considered to be one of the most scenic spots in the country. This is an all day trip to see some of the most beautiful scenery on the Caribbean coast. You will follow the inland trail or the coastal trail until reaching Punta Mona where you can swim and snorkel! In the refuge’s tropical rain-forest you will have the opportunity to see Howler Monkeys, sloths, birds and on a good day dolphins. Be prepared for a long day in the jungle.
